Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from Michigan.

Processing times

In-stock rosaries are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order, custom, or temporarily out-of-stock pieces may require additional time. Any estimated production time will be noted on the product page or communicated before purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped and are provided by the carrier. Carrier delays may occur and are outside our direct control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or a package appears lost, contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry. Packages marked delivered should first be checked with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier office.
